Job Opportunity: MEP Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in managing MEP works on-site, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring project specifications are met.

Job Responsibilities:

-Material request based on project drawings
-Progress measurement on-site and monitoring project status
-Chasing up clearance from the client and ensuring approvals
-Checking and verifying subcontractor measurements
-In-house reporting of daily activities and project status
-Review of MEP drawings and specifications
-Markup and quantity serving for materials and labor

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor in construction
-Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors efficiently
