We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material estimates
Provide cost estimation for construction projects
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in calculations

Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in quantity surveying & takeoff services
✔️ Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, or similar)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
