Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and managing the store team. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the business, from staff management and inventory control to financial oversight and guest service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide training to all team members.
• Prepare the schedule shifts and manage staff hours to ensure adequate coverage.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere environment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as necessary.
• Oversee daily operations, including audit, opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Maintain equipment and ensure that the coffee shop meets health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Monitor and manage the including sales performance, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare and review food cost report and other financial data.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, reduce waste and drive profitability.
• Recommend local marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Distribute promotional guideline, events and special offer mechanics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in improving the sales.
• Ensure that products meet the quality standards and consistency including texture and flavor
• Resolve any issues related to product quality and inform the production unit.
• Ensure that cash handling is implemented, manage bank deposits, registers, and reconcile
sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of employee hours, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Complete administrative tasks such as timekeeping, monthly reports and regular update and
other admin duties.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
