Location: RIYADH Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: More than 5 years in HVAC - Chilled Water / Drainage /NOVEC System

*******MUST HAVE A VALID SAUDI DRIVING LICENSE*******

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and operation of chilled water piping systems.
• Manage and oversee water supply systems, ensuring proper installation and performance.
• Supervise NOVEC fire suppression system installation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee ducting work for HVAC systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Supervise drainage systems installation and maintenance, ensuring proper water flow and functionality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare reports on project progress, material requirements, and technical challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chilled water piping, water supply, NOVEC, ducting, and drainage systems.
• Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and coordinate work efficiently.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use engineering software.
• Knowledge of local and international standards for mechanical systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join.
