Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesman (Male Only) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve company targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods (e.g., cold calling, networking, online marketing).
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. ?
Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts. ?
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support.
Track sales activities and report on progress.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills. ?
Ability to build rapport with clients. ?
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Proficient in using CRM software (preferred).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
