Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vegetable and Fruits Seller to join our supermarket team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables, as well as ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily delivery of fruits and vegetables, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Maintain the quality, freshness, and appearance of all produce displayed on the sales floor.

Ensure that all produce is stored and displayed according to the supermarket’s standards.

Assist customers with their fruit and vegetable selections, providing information on product quality and availability.

Monitor stock levels, rotate produce regularly, and place orders for new inventory as needed.

Keep the produce section clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.


Qualifications:

Prior experience in the fruit and vegetable section of a supermarket or similar retail environment.

Knowledge of produce handling and storage practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality.


Preferred:

Knowledge of inventory systems and order management.

Ability to lift and handle heavy boxes or crates of produce.
