We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the growth of our rotating equipment solutions.

Job Description
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our rotating equipment maintenance services and solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational challenges, provide technical expertise, and deliver customized solutions that enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries that rely on rotating equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including plant managers, maintenance teams, and procurement professionals.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of maintenance solutions for rotating equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design tailored maintenance programs and services.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in rotating equipment maintenance.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in rotating equipment maintenance, industrial machinery, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and fans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
