**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pump Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining pumps, particularly centrifugal and submersible pumps, and will be proficient in English to maintain accurate records and perform preventive maintenance tasks. A background in irrigation systems is highly preferred.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Pump Operation and Maintenance:**
- Operate and monitor centrifugal and submersible pumps to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and regular monitoring.
- Replace spare parts such as bearings and seals when required.

- **Monitoring and Troubleshooting:**
- Monitor pumps for heat, vibration, and sound to identify potential issues.
- Diagnose and resolve pump problems promptly to minimize downtime.

- **Filter Management:**
- Work with sand and disc filters to maintain water quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on filters, including inspection, cleaning, and flushing.

- **Fertilizer Injection Systems:**
- Maintain and operate fertilizer injectors effectively.

- **Documentation:**
- Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and system performance.
