Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the fire maintenance field, including handling, installing, and maintaining fire alarm systems. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring proper operation and compliance of fire alarm systems, and providing maintenance for various fire fighting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment.
Work with a variety of fire alarm panel brands (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Edwards etc.).
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair faulty systems to ensure optimal operation.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding fire alarm system operations and upgrades.
Handle client communication effectively, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update accurate records of service, inspections, and maintenance performed.
Comply with local fire safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
Attend client meetings to discuss system performance and provide recommendations.
