Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Oil & Gas trading sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record in managing the complete sales workflow and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers, end users, and suppliers. Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, RFQs, and quotations.
Sales & Quotation Management: Independently handle the full sales cycle from receiving RFQs, sourcing products from suitable suppliers, and submitting competitive quotations.
Order Fulfillment: Manage purchase orders (POs), sales orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment by issuing POs to suppliers and monitoring delivery schedules.
Follow-Up & Expediting: Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and orders. Proactively expedite deliveries to meet customer requirements and internal KPIs.
System Proficiency: Utilize ERP systems and Excel for managing customer data, generating reports, and tracking sales activities.
KPI Performance: Contribute to achieving team KPIs by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in a trading company.
Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently manage the full sales process from RFQ to order fulfillment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in the KSA region is a plus.
