Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for experienced and Aramco-certified Rigger III at ERMA company located in the Eastern Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and handling rigging operations, ensuring the safe and efficient lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy materials and equipment. This role requires compliance with Aramco standards and adherence to strict safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Rigging Operations:
• Set up and secure rigging equipment, including slings, chains, and shackles.
• Safely lift, move, and position heavy loads in coordination with crane operators.
• Ensure proper load balance and secure attachment before lifting.
2. Safety Compliance:
• Conduct pre-inspections of rigging equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Adhere to Aramco safety protocols and other industry standards during all operations.
• Report any safety risks, hazards, or equipment defects immediately.
3. Coordination and Communication:
• Work closely with crane operators and supervisors to execute lifting plans.
• Use hand signals, radios, or other communication methods to direct crane movements.
4. Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of rigging operations, equipment inspections, and incidents.

Qualifications:
1. Certification:
• Valid Aramco Rigger III Certification (mandatory).
2. Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in rigging operations, preferably in oil and gas projects.
3. Skills:
• Knowledge of load calculations, rigging techniques, and safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Additional Certifications:
• H2S Awareness
• Rigging and Slinging Certification
• Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) (preferred).
5. Language:
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
