Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures and components based on blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using various welding techniques
Perform cutting, grinding, and preparing metal surfaces for welding.
Assemble structural frameworks and systems to exact specifications.
Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain and clean welding equipment and tools.
Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a structural welder (minimum 5 years).
Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols.
Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with using welding equipment and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors)
