Sales Engineer – Shade Structures & Steel Fabrication

Company: Shades Systems Contracting Company.

Job Responsibilities:

-Identify and acquire new clients while building long-term relationships with target companies.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
-Analyze RFQs and understand customer needs to provide suitable solutions.
-Communicate with clients to gather all necessary technical and commercial information.
-Prepare quotations and pricing accurately based on client requirements.
-Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure deal closure.
-Negotiate and successfully close sales deals.
-Update and maintain the customer database and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

✔ Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or steel fabrication.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convince clients.
✔ Knowledge of pricing and quotation preparation.
✔ Ability to analyze RFQs and determine technical specifications.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel - Word) and CRM systems (if applicable).
✔ Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
✔ Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
