Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry
Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
Additional Requirements: Valid Iqama

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and cash flows.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in preparing VAT filings and other tax submissions.
Conduct cost analysis and budgeting to support project and company financial planning.
Maintain an organized system for financial documentation and audits.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve financial discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the fit-out or construction sectors.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of local tax regulations, including VAT.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cost control and financial planning for construction projects is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
