Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the fit-out or related industries
Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
Additional Requirements: Valid Iqama and Saudi driving license

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the fit-out sector.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Maintain and update a database of leads, contacts, and project opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the fit-out or construction sectors.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with the Riyadh market and local business culture.
