We're Hiring: FMCG Food Sales Supervisor – Saudi Arabia (KSA)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Food Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG food sales, proven team supervision experience, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure effective product availability, merchandising, and market coverage.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
Coach and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG Food industry.
Experience in deli products will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market.
Valid KSA driving license is preferred.
Must be available to join immediately.
