Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery and vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of various vehicles and equipment used in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, including JCBs, basket lifts, trenchers, concrete mixers, and Isuzu trucks.

Inspect, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues promptly.

Oversee the procurement and inventory of vehicle and equipment spare parts.

Schedule regular maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

Train and guide technicians on best practices for equipment maintenance.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.

Maintain records of all repairs, parts replacements, and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in heavy machinery maintenance.

Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical repairs, and vehicle spare parts.

Familiarity with the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty equipment such as JCBs, mixers, and trucks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Diploma or certification , must know English or Arabic also can read and write one of these language

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in construction or contracting companies.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for heavy equipment maintenance.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, technicians, and project managers.
