Job Summary:
The Female Sales and Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our company's recruitment services, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and actively engaging with potential clients to understand their staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their manpower requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and recruitment processes. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote company services and expand the client base.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in recruitment and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, market research, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
