Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (Friday: 2:30 pm to 8 pm)
Working days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday holiday & Friday half day)

Position: Female Sales Professional

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about services or products.
Lead Generation: Engage in cold calling to prospective clients and generate leads for the sales team.
Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to nurture leads, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide Product Information: Offer detailed information on company products or services to callers and potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Updates: Log call details, interactions, and customer information into the CRM system.
Handle Inquiries and Resolve Issues: Respond to customer queries and resolve concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by scheduling meetings for the sales team or providing information about special offers.

3. Customer Service:
Build Customer Relationships: Develop rapport with clients and customers to enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and escalate any complaints or suggestions to management.

4. Coordination and Collaboration:
Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with the sales, admin, and management teams to ensure smooth communication between departments.
Support Marketing Activities: Assist in telephonic outreach for promotional campaigns or event invitations.

5. Reporting:
Generate Reports: Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls made, appointments scheduled, and feedback collected.
Provide Performance Updates: Offer updates on tele calling performance, lead conversions, and customer service issues.
