Job Description:
As an Auto Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our products to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive or heavy machinery spare parts industry, with a strong understanding of spare parts sales, market trends, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

*Sell and promote auto and heavy machinery spare parts to customers, including businesses in the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors.
*Provide expert advice and technical support to clients regarding spare parts specifications, compatibility, and applications.
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
*Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
*Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and new products in the automotive and heavy machinery spare parts sector.
*Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders efficiently and professionally.
*Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings to represent the company and grow the customer base.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in auto or heavy machinery spare parts sales (preferred).
*Strong knowledge of heavy machinery spare parts and their applications.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
*Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
*Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
*High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Engineering is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience working with heavy machinery spare parts (excavators, bulldozers, cranes, etc.).
Knowledge of major brands and parts for heavy machinery and automotive equipment.
