### Job Description: Sales Coordinator

#### **Position Overview**
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between all relevant departments. The role also includes assisting with the execution of online sales strategies and maintaining relationships with key clients, including ARAMCO and its subsidiaries, to drive B2B sales growth.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales Coordination:**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and clients.
- Maintain and update sales documentation, contracts, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.

**2. Online Sales Management:**
- Assist in the execution of online sales strategies to enhance the company’s digital presence.
- Handle inquiries and orders from online sales channels, ensuring timely responses and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

**3. B2B Sales & Key Accounts:**
- Foster relationships with key clients such as ARAMCO and its subsidiaries.
- Support the negotiation and execution of B2B sales contracts.
- Develop tailored proposals and solutions to meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with ARAMCO vendor registration and business requirements.

**4. Communication and Collaboration:**
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Communicate updates and feedback from clients to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving any client issues promptly and effectively.

**5. Administrative Support:**
- Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client correspondence and sales data.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team.

#### **Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with ARAMCO and its subsidiaries.
- Hands-on experience in managing online sales platforms and tools.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online sales platforms.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills:** Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Problem-Solving:** Proactive approach to resolving client and operational challenges.
- **Knowledge:** Familiarity with ARAMCO’s procurement and vendor registration process is a plus.

- Experience in the oil and gas or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and digital sales tools.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Arabic, for client interactions.
