Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Firefighting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing firefighting operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and leading a team of firefighters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate firefighting operations, including emergency response, fire suppression, and rescue operations.
2. Lead and manage a team of firefighters, providing guidance, training, and support.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, training records, and equipment maintenance logs.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in firefighting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
2. Advanced certification in firefighting or any related.
3. Strong knowledge of firefighting principles, techniques, and equipment.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
