We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a CMA designation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and management reporting, playing a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into business performance.
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 to 6 years in a senior or managerial role in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
