We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team for a multi-billion SAR housing project. The ideal candidate will excel in creating accurate technical drawings and layouts, supporting both in-house teams and specialized subcontractors in achieving project goals.

Key Requirements:

Based in Jeddah and available for immediate joining.
Maximum age: 35 years.
Proficient in creating architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings and layouts.
Experience in drafting for projects with a history of delays, remobilization, and challenging situations.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with in-house teams and coordinate with specialized subcontractors.
Competent in balancing office responsibilities with occasional site visits to verify designs.
