Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the building materials sector across Saudi Arabia. The candidate should possess an extensive network within the industry, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for building materials, including granite, marble, porcelain tiles, sanitary fittings, and industrial minerals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Generate leads and secure business deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Market Analysis:
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide clients with tailored product recommendations based on their needs.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide product details, and address any issues.

- Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, including forecasts and performance evaluations, for management review.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 30 years of age, with a mature and professional approach to sales.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the building materials industry, specifically in selling granite, marble, tiles, sanitary fittings, or industrial minerals.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) or an MBA with a strong professional network in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its customer base.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

Skills and Competencies:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and basic office applications.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team if required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: SAR 7,000 to 8,000 per month.
- Other privileges and benefits as per Saudi labor standards, including leave, insurance, and end-of-service benefits.
- Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.

Visa and Iqama Requirements:
- Candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
- For eligible candidates without an Iqama, a work visa will be provided.

Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
