Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Verify and process payment requests in accordance with company policies and project budgets.
• Generate and track customer invoices for project-related receivables.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
Bookkeeping and Financial Record Maintenance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project financial records, including entries for all transactions.
• Reconcile project accounts, including bank accounts and ledger balances.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records related to the project.
Coordination with External Accounting Firm
• Act as the key liaison for all project-specific accounting requirements.
• Provide supporting documents, data, and reports required by the accounting firm for financial reporting and compliance.
• Review project-specific financial statements and ensure accuracy.
Budgeting and Cost Monitoring
• Assist in preparing and tracking the project budget to ensure adherence.
• Monitor project expenses and identify potential cost overruns or variances.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and updates for management.
Compliance and Audit Support
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ad-Hoc Requirements
• Respond to management’s ad-hoc financial queries related to the project.
• Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Support other project-specific tasks as required by management.
