Job Description:
Our company is seeking a talented Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in Aruba and Cisco solutions to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and designing solutions that meet customer requirements using Aruba and Cisco products. You will act as a technical expert and advisor, ensuring optimal alignment between customer needs and proposed solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise and Consulting:

Provide in-depth technical advice on Aruba and Cisco products and solutions.

Stay updated on the latest Aruba wireless, networking, and Cisco security solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized technical solutions.



2. Solution Design and Infrastructure:

Design network architectures that meet client needs using Aruba and Cisco solutions.

Deliver detailed solution architectures considering client goals, security standards, and scalability.

Offer guidance on implementation strategies and network optimization.



3. Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.

Highlight the features and benefits of Aruba and Cisco solutions, tailoring presentations to specific client use cases.

Work with sales teams to create a compelling value proposition for clients.



4. Proposal Development:

Assist in creating proposals and documentation, including technical specifications and detailed designs.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate and persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs.



5. Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and implementation process.

Gather and analyze client feedback to improve solution offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.



6. Coordination and Teamwork:

Work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers from pre-sales to deployment.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to improve offerings.




Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) are preferred.

Extensive knowledge of Aruba wireless solutions and Cisco products such as routers, switches, firewalls, and collaboration tools.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Previous experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture in networking or IT.


Additional Skills:

Proficiency in network management tools and protocols (e.g., SNMP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi standards).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
