Qualification and Experience:
-He must be qualified and certified from Tasnee EHSS department and passed interview process.-Education level shall be Graduation high diploma and above in safety field.-Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of safety.-Minimum of 5 years in petrochemical field, preferred that he aware about safety Standards.-Shall have adequate knowledge and able to read, write and communicate in English language.-He shall be aware about the following:•Aware about the work permit system.•Aware about the local rules and regulations.•Able to handle the site and group of people.•Aware about Tasnee – EHSS requirements and rules.

Roles and Responsibility:
-The safety officers will report to PMT safety Manager.-Prepare and share daily safety reports.-Conduct toolbox talk in the assigned area.-Observe people behavior and act as coaching to enhance site safety compliance.-Review work permit, JSA, process isolation, car seal, assets bypass implementation on site on regular basis.-Shall take regular field rounds and monitor activities in the assigned area.


-Participate with safety representative in weekly safety audits.-Take observations during his routine walk through and stop any unsafe act and unsafe condition immediately.-Shall assist hazards identification and mitigation during the work activities.-Shall spend majority of his working hours at his assigned area in the field.-Shall be able to deliver awareness sessions to employee about PTW, JSA, process isolation etc. whenever needed-Shall carry out safety Audits

Working Hours:
-As per ongoing project requirements, working hrs to be flexible and 48 hrs a week -If shutdown/TAM has fallen, working time will be 12 Hrs a day coverage for Day and night shifts as needed for project -based on actual working hrs. PMT will sign the time sheet
