This role will involve leading and managing a team of quantity surveyors and working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Pre-Contract:* Provide commercial and contractual advice during the pre-contract phase, including tendering, estimating, and contract negotiation.
2. *Contract Administration:* Administer contracts, including preparing and issuing contract documents, managing variations, and negotiating claims.
3. *Cost Management:* Manage project costs, including preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenditure, and identifying areas for cost savings.
4. *Risk Management:* Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks associated with projects.
5. *Team Management:* Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance, support, and training as required.
6. *Stakeholder Management:* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
7. *Dispute Resolution:* Assist in resolving disputes and claims, including negotiating with contractors and preparing dispute resolution documentation.

*Requirements:*

1. *Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
