Job Summary

Food House Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin Officer – Attendance & Workforce Control with strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (HR module) and ZKTeco biometric systems. The role is responsible for end-to-end attendance management, workforce discipline, and accurate reporting across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ZKTeco biometric systems (employee enrollment, shift assignment, data synchronization, and coordination for troubleshooting)
Monitor daily attendance and prepare Daily Attendance Reports for management
Track and control late arrivals, absences, early exits, missing punches, and overtime, and follow up with branch supervisors
Update attendance, leaves, permissions, and employee records in Odoo ERP (HR module)
Support payroll processing by providing monthly attendance closing, approved overtime, and leave data
Maintain staff rosters and workforce schedules; ensure proper approvals for any changes
Prepare weekly and monthly attendance summaries, discipline reports, and deduction records as per company policy
Ensure strict data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law

Requirements (Must-Have)

Proven experience with Odoo ERP – HR module (attendance, leave, employee records)
Hands-on experience with ZKTeco (ZKT) biometric attendance systems
Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables, reporting)
Prior experience in hospitality / restaurant operations is highly preferred
Strong follow-up skills with a firm approach to discipline and workforce control
Good communication skills; Arabic & English preferred
Immediate availability preferred
