Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Building Maintenance Units (BMUs),

Key Responsibilities:


Install and maintain Building Maintenance Units (BMUs).
Lead and manage a team of technicians on various projects.
Coordinate and liaise with main contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot and repair BMU systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in BMU equipment maintenance and BMU installation.
Saudi driving license (mandatory).
Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
Ability to manage a team and handle projects independently.
English & Arabic communication skills to interact with contractors and clients.
Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage.
Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:

Team management experience.
Experience working with main contractors and clients in the GCC region.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
