Description

The Traffic & Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading the development of the project-wide construction & site logistics and coordinate review and integration of the logistics plan.

Position is responsible for providing recommendations to offset any issues identified. Will be responsible to develop, review and continuously update the traffic and construction access management plans as soon as the intended locations and routings are defined.

Responsibilities:
✔️ Plan and coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from construction sites.
✔️ Manage traffic flow within and around the construction site to ensure safety and efficiency.
✔️ Develop logistics strategies to optimize the use of resources and minimize delays.
✔️ Oversee site setup, including the installation of temporary facilities such as storage areas, site offices, and worker accommodations.
✔️ Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
✔️ Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
✔️ Monitor and report on logistics activities, including progress and any issues that arise.
✔️ Manage site security, including access control and surveillance.
✔️ Conduct site inductions and training for new personnel.
✔️ Maintain records of logistics activities, including deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage.
