Job Title: Technical BIM Architect
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

4-5 years of professional experience in architecture

Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit, for detailed architectural drawings and models

Experience in BIM projects, modeling, and production aligned with LOD350

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Adaptability to change and quick learning

Prioritization and time management skills

Bonus Skills:

Interior design experience

Proficiency in 3D visualization software (SketchUp, 3D Max)

Ability to create 3D visualizations of interior and exterior spaces

Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 19650

The expected salary range for this position is 10,000-14,000 SAR
