Description

Admin Operations Manager is responsible for management of resources and project support activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, adherence to project plans and budgets, and timely completion. Additionally, the Operations Manager ensures the logistical needs of the project are met, including facilities, accommodations, equipment provision, and day-to-day facility management.

Salary range - 10000 to 12000 SAR
Experience - 8 to 10 yrs ( Aramco Experience Preferred)
Industry - Oil & Gas

The key responsibilities include:
1. Ensure efficient resource allocation of labor, equipment, materials, facilities, and accommodations.
2. Schedules project activities, including manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and facility requirements.
3. Manages project budgets and monitors costs against the baseline plan, including costs associated with facilities, accommodations, and equipment.
4. Oversees project safety protocols and ensures compliance with regulations related to facilities and equipment.
5. Manages communication and collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
6. Identifies and resolves project challenges and delays, including logistical issues like equipment shortages or facility concerns, and implements corrective actions.
7. Coordinates manpower movement between project sites, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel.
8. Secures or manages the provision of facilities and accommodations for project personnel.
9. Ensures sufficient equipment is readily available on-site for all workers and coordinates equipment maintenance and repairs.
10. Oversees day-to-day facility management activities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
