Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial transactions for construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and perform cost analysis to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Generate financial reports, including budget variance analysis and project profitability assessments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast cash flow requirements and track project progress.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in audits and prepare supporting documentation for financial reviews.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software; advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong understanding of project cost control and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and VAT compliance is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
