We are looking for experienced Supervisor - Fire Life Safety (FLS) to oversee fire safety operations and ensure compliance with fire codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will lead a team while promoting a culture of safety across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage fire safety team, ensuring inspections and maintenance of fire protection systems are conducted timely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations through audits and assessments.
- Develop and conduct fire safety training programs and emergency drills for staff.
- Perform risk assessments and collaborate with departments to enhance fire safety protocols.
- Maintain documentation of inspections, training, and compliance reports.
- Respond to and manage fire-related emergencies as part of the emergency response team.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Science, or related field preferred.
- (2-5) years of experience in fire life safety, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of fire protection codes and safety regulations; relevant certifications (e.g., Fire Inspector) are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
