Diploma or graduate with proven experience (7-9 years) in leading insulation activities for power plant and industrial projects, including insulation installation, re-insulation, dismantling, and re-installation works. Capable of supervising crews, coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements, and meeting project schedules.
Possesses good communication skills in English (spoken and written) and is proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, reporting, and basic project documentation.
