Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Overview
The Construction Manager will oversee all stages of acoustic glazing partition projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves comprehensive project planning, effective team leadership, client coordination, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
-Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
-Establish clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

2. Team Leadership
-Supervise and lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety.
-Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance performance.

3. Budget and Resource Management
-Monitor project costs and manage resources effectively to ensure financial targets are met.
-Prepare and track project budgets, forecasts, and reports.

4. Quality Assurance and Safety
-Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
-Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.

5. Client Relations
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
-Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.

6. Risk Management
-Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Monitor and adjust project plans as necessary to address emerging challenges.

7. Project Close-Out
-Oversee final inspections, ensure all project deliverables are met, and prepare detailed project close-out reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
-Proven track record in construction management, with experience in acoustic glazing or related systems preferred.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
-Thorough knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and local building regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
-Valid driver’s license.

Work Environment
-The role is predominantly on-site, requiring frequent fieldwork and occasional extended hours to meet project demands.
