We are seeking a Planning & Control Engineer to join our Customer Support team! If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for resource management, data analysis, and advanced reporting, this is the role for you!

💼 Experience Required: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management: Effectively manage department resources, assign tasks, and ensure optimal utilization.
Task Monitoring: Track project and task progress to meet deadlines and objectives.
Advanced Reporting: Develop advanced Excel dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to support decision-making and improve processes.
Project Planning: Use MS Project to plan, schedule, and monitor department activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Expert in Microsoft Excel: Advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
Proficient in Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
