Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Safety Supervisor to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and risks.
3. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
4. Provide safety training and orientation to employees.
5. Monitor and report safety performance metrics.
6. Collaborate with management to develop corrective actions.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA).
8. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
9. Supervise safety staff and provide guidance.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in safety supervision or related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
3. Relevant certifications (OSHA 30, CSP, CSHM).
4. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
2. Professional certifications (CSP, CSHM).
3. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industry.

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to work on-site.
2. Frequent walking, standing, and climbing.
3. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
