We are a small but rapidly growing company specializing in the resale of food items. Our business model involves purchasing products in bulk, repackaging them, and selling under our own brand. As we expand, we are seeking a Driver & Salesman to join our team and contribute to our growth by ensuring timely deliveries and driving sales during customer interactions.

Job Description:

Position: Driver & Salesman
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 2,000 - 2,500 SAR per month (depending on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company trucks for timely delivery of products to various locations.
Sell products to customers during deliveries and promote our brand.
Achieve a monthly sales target of 100,000 SAR.
Maintain accurate records of stock loaded and sold during each trip.
Track and report on sales performance and inventory levels.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain good client relationships.
Manage sales returns and product exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: 1,000 SAR per month.
Per Trip Bonus: 500 SAR per trip (2-3 trips per month).
Monthly Earnings: 2,000 - 2,500 SAR based on trip frequency and sales performance.
Commission: 2.5% commission on sales above the 100,000 SAR monthly target.
Food Allowance: 30 SAR per person per day (applicable only to drivers and salesmen).
Accommodation & Meals: Provided by the company (shared room with other employees) when in Riyadh.
Iqama & Insurance: Managed and covered by the company.
Travel Benefits: Round-trip ticket to home country every 2 years for up to 3 months of vacation. Travel expenses covered by the company.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous experience in sales and customer interaction preferred.
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Knowledge of basic inventory management is a plus.
