Role Description
The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of IT managed services, networking, digital transformation, data center solutions, and AI offerings by building and maintaining strategic client relationships. This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams to implement transformative IT services that address client needs and optimize performance. The Business Development Manager will also lead contract negotiations, oversee service delivery, and provide strategic insights to maximize value and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience
3 - 5 years in the Saudi market (Business Development or similar role), with a focus on IT managed services, networking, and digital transformation.

Additional Qualifications
• Strong understanding of IT managed services and networking.
• Proficiency in AI and data center solutions.
• Expertise in digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of system integration and service management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Recommended certifications: PMP, ITIL, VCP, SAP.
