Hello,

Construction Pillars Company is looking for an MEP Technical Office Section Head with a Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction field.

MEP Technical office section head :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized government university.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years on-site experience, plus 4 years in a technical office role.

• Leadership: At least 2 years as a team leader.

• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of technical office operations and a strong design background proficient knowledge of AutoCAD And RIVIT-MEP.

Responsibilities:

• Review all technical office submittals.

• Review all design calculations and offers, for the design-and-build projects type.

• Remotely follow up and supervise the design and technical office teams.

• Ensure calculations meet design accuracy and are implementable.

• Review the conception of design and technical office workflow.

• Study the hiring needs to address all project requirements.

• Always improve himself and his team's qualifications.

• Review and approve the purchasing requests and technical comparison offers.

• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and calculation sheets before submission based on project approvals.

• Review and approve the subcontractors’ Invoices before submission, depending on the contract or P.O. and the work progress.

• Review and approve before submission of the client invoice.

• Ensure technical office activities align with other disciplines and departments.

• Communicate with the management team to ensure smooth workflow under company policy.
