Job Summary:
As a Salesman for our construction services, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of construction solutions. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your efforts will contribute directly to the company's growth and reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients in the construction industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and offer tailored solutions from our range of construction services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure contracts and meet sales objectives.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client expectations are met during project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, client feedback, and market trends to management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesman, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and result-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
