About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Engineer/Technician to develop new business opportunities with Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), and desalination plants (SWCC and related entities). The ideal candidate will identify, pursue, and secure mechanical, civil, and supply/procurement contracts and projects, as well as handle company registration with target clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Aramco, SEC, and desalination plant operators
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement and engineering departments at client organizations
• Handle vendor/supplier registration and pre-qualification with target companies (Aramco, SEC, SWCC, and others)
• Maintain and update company registration status, certifications, and compliance documents on client portals
• Track tenders, RFQs, and RFPs on platforms such as Etimad and Monafasat
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for mechanical, civil, and supply projects
• Follow up on bids, negotiate terms, and close contracts
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure proposals match execution capability
• Report on business development progress and market opportunities
