Electrical Site Engineer – Minimum 5+ Years Experience

Required Skills:
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical systems (HV, LV, ELV) and engineering principles.
• Project Management: Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and project resources effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying and resolving technical issues quickly.
• Attention to Detail: Careful review of plans, drawings, and materials to ensure accuracy.
• Communication: Good at explaining technical information to team members, contractors, and clients.
• Code Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others, including engineers and contractors.
• Time Management: Good at organizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Risk Management: Spot potential problems early and take action to prevent delays.
• Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for design and reporting.

Technical Engineer – Minimum 5+ Years Experience

Required Skills:
• AutoCAD Skills: Strong experience with AutoCAD to create, modify, and review technical drawings.
• Project Management: Ability to support project scope, timeline, and budget management effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure all project specifications and designs are met.
• Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying issues and taking corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, instructions, and updates.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safety protocols and experience in preparing safety documentation (SWP, RA, MS).
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Project, or similar tools for design and reporting.
