Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (Resource loaded and Cost loaded)
• Create and manage project schedules including revised, recovery and lookahead schedule.
• Allocate and optimize resources (Manpower, equipment and machinery).
• Updating and submitting daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Prepare progress invoices with supporting documents and follow up with Clients for approval.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Assist and prepare Cost Budget of Projects (Cost Breakdown, Cost to Complete and Cost Controlling).
• Coordination between all departments and Clients.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements in our Engineering
• Design, Procurement, Construction and Testing and Commissioning processes.

Other requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Should have knowledge of performing resource loading (Resource creation, allocation and assigning manhours / budgeted units to the resources).
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in GCC countries is highly preferred (at least 04 years)
• Available to join immediately.
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting is preferred.
