A leading group in Khobar is searching for an Accounting Manager in one of the group companies in the real estate sector as per the requirements below:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxes, and auditing
Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
Make a notification to proper authorities that the audit has been completed and financial statements are accurately and properly prepared
Analyze, prepare and present audit reports

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
Holding one or more (CPA, CMA, CIA, CFA, or CISA) certificates (important)
having 7+ years of experience - especially in real estate
knowledgeable of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS)
Excellent use of Microsoft Office and other accounting software
Incredible attention to detail and high skill in analyzing data
Great critical thinking skills
Strong mathematical and data collection/analysis skills
A propensity for analyzing data and finding discrepancies and errors
Strong oral and written communication skills
Efficient time management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks at once
Must be ethical, responsible, reliable, and of high moral standing
