Qualification: Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 8/10 Years’ Experience in MEP, HVAC, FF, FDAS

Job Description:
1. Monitoring site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization
2. Planning, scheduling of mechanical project activities and progress monitoring
3. Co‐ordinate with all the departments, Sub Contractor & Consultant as required for the execution of the Project Recording and monitoring of all site activities and
costs being expended on the project.
4. Leading a staff of site engineers and other staff to handle and execute the project mechanical scope of work
5. Preparation of mechanical shop drawings, MEP coordination / composite drawings and design proposals
6. Review the MEP Drawing, Technical Data sheet submittal & taking approval from Client/ consultant
7. Co‐ordination with Suppliers, Client, Purchase, Outsourcing, QA/QC, vendors, Consultant & Contractors
8. Coordinating and resolving Engineering issues address site requirement and ensure timely supply of deliverables from Vendors.
9. Progress monitoring, review and verify subcontractor monthly invoices
