Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE management within the construction or geotechnical industry.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
Abilities:

Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and programs.
